We used traditional hand made procedure to product our Jumbo Pork Meatballs. The tastes is scrumptious and you could feel the meat is tender and very chewy. It is a non-fried healthy food so it is not greasy. It is suitable for stewed and braised.

Cooking Methods

1. Put cold water in the pot to cover the frozen meatballs (no need to defrost)
2. Add ginger, a little salt or light soy sauce
3. Turn to low heat after boiling and cook for 20 minutes
